like the spirit of love felt everywhere;
and each flower and herb on earth's dark breast
rose from the dreams of its wintry rest.

· Fertile and peaceful - and I'm not referring to myself, but my garden and close surroundings. But perhaps I'll become just that, if I stay here long enough. I almost can't contain my deep satisfaction and happiness by living in
the country. Less than one and a half year ago, we lived in the city, and my three kids was born on 4th floor in Copenhagen. I'm not able to describe how good it feels to have given them this in exchange for the city life.
· And right now the smell from the appleblossoms makes us all dizzy, and we can almost feel the whirr of fairy wings.
· But there is drama as well. Births and deaths. Bertha, a sheep, is expecting twins - no doubt about that! - but when? - and death when tiny naked young birds fall (or gets pushed) out of the nest accompanied by the cries of my children. The world is harsh as well as gentle, and you can learn about it all in your own garden.
· And in the more pragmatic compartment we've been making pots for sowing beans. Folded newspaper, no glue or staples. I found the tutorial here. Have you noticed the pictures on the pots: green baby power!

Hvor er der smukt hos dig derude på landet. Jeg kan godt forstå at du har valgt denne form for liv når du har børn.
ReplyDeleteHåber det kommer til at gå godt for Bertha.
